MENRED IEU Series ceiling-mounted HP-ERV New Full Air System is a professional water-coil integrated full-air ventilation unit developed for mid-to-high-end residential and light commercial HVAC projects. Different from traditional single-function heat recovery ventilators, this series is equipped with built-in hydronic cooling and heating coils, which can be connected to central water chiller and floor heating water systems. It integrates six core functions: bidirectional fresh air heat recovery, G4+HEPA high-efficiency purification, water circulation refrigeration, constant temperature heating, reheating constant humidity dehumidification and real-time air quality monitoring, realizing one unit to solve indoor air pollution, hypoxia stuffiness, summer high temperature, winter cold, seasonal damp mildew and indoor air quality monitoring demands.

The whole machine adopts slim ceiling concealed layout, ultra-thin body height reduces ceiling height construction requirement, completely hidden above ceiling without occupying indoor usable space, perfectly matching new house pipeline pre-buried construction and avoiding damage to finished decoration. Equipped with original Germany ebmpapst DC fan as core air supply component, the fan features low power consumption, stable airflow output and low running noise; the IEU500D model only generates 37dB(A) noise, realizing ultra-quiet ventilation without disturbing family rest and office work. The built-in high-efficiency total heat exchanger fully recycles temperature and humidity energy of exhausted indoor stale air, greatly reduces the load of rear water cooling/heating coils and cuts long-term water system energy consumption.

For air purification performance, IEU series adopts imported Japan Toray filter material to build G4 primary filter + HEPA high-efficiency composite purification structure. IEU500D reaches 96% PM2.5 interception efficiency while IEU800D reaches 95%, effectively intercepting outdoor haze, pollen, industrial floating dust and indoor decoration residual formaldehyde, benzene and other volatile harmful substances, continuously supplying clean purified fresh oxygen for indoor spaces. The built-in high-efficiency dehumidification module matches the water cooling coil to realize reheating constant humidity dehumidification, with maximum daily dehumidification capacity up to 200L/D, specially suitable for coastal humid areas and rainy seasons to remove excess indoor moisture, prevent wall mildew, wooden furniture deformation and mold breeding.

The internal hydronic coil supports cold and hot water circulation connection with central air conditioning water system.
