MENRED FO500-2500 ceiling-mounted HP-ERV Fresh Air Air Conditioner is an integrated heat pump full-air ventilation unit designed for mid-to-high-end residential and light commercial HVAC projects. Different from ordinary single-function heat recovery ventilators, this series is equipped with matched independent outdoor heat pump condenser, combining six core functions: bidirectional fresh air heat recovery, G4+HEPA two-stage high-efficiency purification, active refrigeration, constant temperature heating, reheating constant humidity dehumidification and intelligent air quality monitoring. One unit solves six major indoor air pain points: indoor hypoxia & stuffiness, formaldehyde & haze pollution, summer high temperature, winter cold, seasonal damp mildew and real-time air monitoring demands.
The indoor main unit adopts slim ceiling concealed layout, compact body reduces ceiling height construction requirement, completely hidden above ceiling without occupying indoor usable space, perfectly matching new house pipeline pre-buried construction and will not damage finished interior decoration. Equipped with original Germany ebmpapst DC fan as core air supply component, the fan features low power consumption, stable large static pressure airflow output, operating noise controlled at 46~48dB(A) to avoid sound interference to family rest and office working environment. The built-in high-efficiency total heat exchanger fully recycles temperature and humidity energy from exhausted indoor stale air, with cooling recovery efficiency 70~76% and heating recovery efficiency 65~67.5%, greatly reduces the heat pump’s refrigeration and heating load and cuts long-term household & commercial electricity consumption.
For air purification performance, FO series adopts imported Japan Toray filter materials to build G4 primary filter + HEPA high-efficiency composite purification structure. Small models FO500/800 reach 98% PM2.5 interception efficiency, large models FO1500/2500 reach 96%, effectively intercept outdoor haze, pollen, industrial floating dust and indoor decoration residual formaldehyde, benzene and other volatile harmful substances, continuously supplying clean purified fresh oxygen indoors all year round. The built-in high-efficiency dehumidification module cooperates with heat pump cooling coil to realize reheating constant humidity dehumidification, maximum daily dehumidification capacity up to 216L/D, specially developed for coastal humid cities and rainy seasons to remove excess indoor moisture, prevent wall mildew, wooden furniture deformation and mold breeding, maintain a comfortable constant humidity living and working environment.
The integrated heat pump system is the core highlight of this unit, matched with dedicated outdoor condenser to realize independent refrigeration and heating circulation. Four specifications of cooling & heating capacity cover small villas to large commercial spaces: cooling capacity ranges from 9.5kW to 47kW, heating capacity ranges from 7.2kW to 36kW, realizing independent indoor constant temperature adjustment while renewing fresh air. Power supply is divided into 220V single-phase for small household models and 380V three-phase industrial power for large commercial models, flexible matching different building power supply conditions. All models adopt unified 1m³/h water flow rate for stable heat exchange of the internal coil without insufficient heat exchange or water flow blockage problems.
Powered by standard household / industrial power supply, four airflow specifications from 500m³/h to 2500m³/h cover applicable areas up to 2000 square meters, widely suitable for large villas, duplex apartments, high-end offices, boutique homestays and chain retail store comprehensive air treatment projects. The product reserves wiring ports for optional intelligent accessories: wall-mounted touch screen controller and high-precision air quality sensor. Users can realize real-time monitoring of indoor PM2.5, CO₂, temperature and humidity, automatic fan speed adjustment and mode switching, and support Tuya WIFI APP remote monitoring and timing operation for unattended intelligent ventilation & temperature control.
